ABSTRACT
In effort ensuring that Siakad Online implementation has been aligned with institutional target, it is necessary to analyse
current Siakad's security system that has been deployed. This analysis refers to COBIT framework domain delivery and
support (DS) in process DS5 Ensure Systems Security. COBIT is standard model of information technology governance
which has been acknowledge widely and developed by Information Technology Governance Institute (ITGI). This research is
started by data gathering, followed by management awareness analysis in order to know the responsibility of activity and
expectation form Siakad management towards DS5 process, comparing expectation to current condition, then analysing
maturity level. The assesment of maturity level of Siakad implementation in DS5 process shows that this process is in level 2
- Repeatable, however management expectation is in level 4 - Managed and Measurable. This maturity level target become
the base for proposing policies for SIAKAD implementation in DS5 process.
